We all have the capacity to heal. It starts with realizing we are all energy beings. Try rubbing your hands together, and then separate them an inch or so, and move them around, keeping the palms facing each other, and feel the energy. Some people feel a cool sensation, heat, or movement. Try moving your hand to your arm or your face and move it around. You'll feel the energy move.
We also have the capacity to heal ourselves of negative emotions. There have been times in my life when I've been overcome with sadness, and couldn't find a way out. I started sending silent blessings to passersby and just that simple action, lifted me.
I've also found that when my finances are lacking, if I tithe, the situation tends to improve. It seems counterintuitive, giving away in order to receive, but it works. I think it's an example of God's love for us. Giving our "first fruits," the first ten percent back to God, demonstrates our trust and obedience to God. It's an act of honor.
Today, may our actions bring honor to our ever-faithful, ever-loving God. May God bless you this day and always.
